Together, Kathy and Peter’s wealth management team developed investment scenarios and conducted cash flow analyses and projections. They helped Kathy and Peter determine which real estate assets to keep and which to sell. With the cash from sold real estate investments, Kathy and Peter’s wealth management team helped them create and implement a more conservative and diversified investment portfolio. They also worked with the trust officer at their private bank and their attorney to establish inheritance trusts for their heirs.
At least once a year, Kathy and Peter meet with their wealth manager to discuss any changes in their situation and to insure the income from their portfolio still supports their lifestyle and their last legacy to their heirs.
